Review that attached documents and contact the Office of the Dean of Students to schedule an appointment as required in the attached notice of complaint. You may contact the Office of the Dean of students by calling 440-775-8462 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Mondays through Fridays. Do not attempt to schedule an appointment by email.

Anthony, to ensure that this matter is resolved in a timely manner, I am requesting that a hold be placed on your spring enrollment. If you have not met with me to discuss this incident by 4:00 pm 2/5/09 you will be withdrawn from your spring classes. You will be free to participate in add/drop, but will not be able to remain in you classes if you do not meet with me by the appointed time. If you are on campus for Winter Term you may schedule an appointment that will work with both our calendars during Winter Term.
